SHIPPING POLICY - CrestView Apparel and Designs
PROCESSING TIME All: Orders are processed within 5 business days or sooner, depending on the order volume. CrestView Apparel and Designs processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Priority and Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION: For cardholder security, all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, and we do not ship to alternate addresses (e.g., gifts for someone, a friend’s address, or a work address). The billing and shipping address must be the same to prevent order cancellation.
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY: To ensure the proper delivery of your package within the advertised timeframe, please ensure that your address is accurate and complete. Use correct abbreviations and ensure proper spacing. We are not responsible for incorrect information. If a package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refusing shipments will result in responsibility for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us, deducted from your merchandise refund.
PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS: You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order leaves our store, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left to track your package online with USPS.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES: If we encounter difficulties verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting as USPS when entering your address, including apartment or suite numbers, and always use the correct zip code and city.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS: To maintain cardholder security, CrestView Apparel and Designs does not permit shipping to an address different from your credit card billing address. Any attempts to use an alternative address, such as a work or friend’s address, will result in a pending authorization. This pending authorization will be automatically refunded within 3 to 5 business days, and your order will not be processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at [email protected] so we can address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for an extended period, have washed it, or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to minimize such issues as much as possible.
REFUSED PACKAGES: If your package is refused or returned by USPS, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. CrestView Apparel and Designs does not issue refunds or reimburse shipping fees.
LOST PACKAGES: CrestView Apparel and Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors. We do not issue refunds or replacements.
